Current situation and influencing factors of human resource allocation in health education in China from 2012 to 2021

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the current status and influencing factors of human resources allocation in health education,so as to provide a reference for national research on human resources in health education.Methods:This study selected the health education human resource data from the"China Health Statistical Yearbook"from 2012 to 2021.Descriptive analysis was adopted to analyze the current situation of human resources.And the health resource density index(HRDI)was calculated.The factors closely related to human resources were selected by using correlation analysis,linear fitting and grey correlation degree methods.Results:Compared with 2012,the number of health education personnel in China increased by 68.49%in 2021.The HRDI value increased by 65.26%.The number of managers increased by 92.31%,and the number of registered nurses increased by 204.23%.In 2021,the number of health education institutions increased by 5.30%.The number of institutions in the eastern region remained relatively stable,while that in the central region had the highest growth rate,and that in the western region was the largest.Fiscal revenue was mainly composed of fiscal subsidy income.And expenditure was mainly based on medical business costs/medical and health care expenditures/institutional expenditures.The number of health education institutions had the highest correlation with human resources.Conclusions:From 2012 to 2021,the human resources for health education in China gradually increased and the fairness of allocation improved.The growth rates of managers and registered nurses were relatively high.In the future,a diversified health education system need to be constructed,to reduce the imbalance among regions.The allocation of human resources could be promoted by strengthening the number of health education institutions.关键词
