急诊科护士急诊预检分诊能力量表的汉化及信效度检验
Sinicization of the Triage Nurses'Professional Capability Questionnaire in the Emergency Department and its reliability and validity test

Abstract
Objective:To translate the Triage Nurses'Professional Capability Questionnaire in the Emergency Department(TNPCQ-ED),and to test its reliability and validity.Methods:The questionnaire was translated and culturally adjusted following the Brislin translation model.The Chinese version of TNPCQ-ED was formed after pre-survey.By using the convenience sampling method,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 400 emergency department nurses from 20 general hospitals in China in June 2024,to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of TNPCQ-ED included 3 dimensions and 35 items.The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the Chinese version of TNPCQ-ED was 0.987.The split-half reliability was 0.911.And the test-retest reliability was 0.932.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.968.And the item-level content validity index(I-CVI)ranged from 0.778 to 1.000.Exploratory factor analysis extracted 3 common factors.And the cumulative contribution rate of variance was 79.182%.Conclusions:The Chinese version of TNPCQ-ED has good reliability and validity.It could be used as an assessment tool for evaluating the emergency triage ability level of emergency department nurses in China.关键词
