Abstract
Objective:To translate the Tripartite Model of Risk Perception(TRIRISK)into Chinese,and to test its validity and reliability.Methods:After obtaining authorization from the author of the original scale,TRIRISK was translated into Chinese according to Brislin translation model.The Chinese version of TRIRISK was formed by translation,back translation,cultural adaptation and pre-survey.From October 2022 to May 2023,a total of 412 family members of patients with digestive tract cancer who were hospitalized in 2 tertiary grade A hospitals in Sichuan province were investigated to evaluate the reliability and validity of the scale.Results:The Chinese version of TRIRISK included 3 dimensions and 18 items.The scale-level content validity index(S-CVI)was 0.88.Exploratory factor analysis extracted three common factor with eigenvalue>1.The cumulative contribution rate of variance was 80.115%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.The total Cronbach's α coefficient was 0.953.And the split half reliability was 0.935.Conclusions:The Chinese version of TRIRISK has good reliability and validity.And it could be used to assess risk perception of their own disease,so as to stimulate their disease prevention awareness,to promote the early screening of chronic diseases such as cancer.关键词
