Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of supportive psychological intervention on the negative emotion and quality of life in middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 56 patients with ischemic stroke admitting to the neurology department of our hospital from December 2021 to November 2022 were selected.Supportive psychological intervention was given to the patients on the basis of routine care.The scores of the Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and Short Form 36 Health Scale(SF-36)of patients with ischemic stroke before the intervention and 3 weeks after the intervention were compared.Results:After 3 weeks of intervention,the SAS score,HAMD score and HAMA score of patients with ischemic stroke were all lower than those before the intervention(P<0.05).The scores of physiological function,physiological role,vitality,emotional function and mental health of SF-36 were all higher than those before the intervention(P<0.05).Conclusions:Supportive psychological intervention for middle-aged patients with ischemic stroke could reduce their negative emotions,help them build confidence in overcoming the disease.关键词
