医教协同背景下护理高职教育质量评价
Evaluation on the quality of higher vocational nursing education under the background of medical-educational collaboration

Abstract
Objective:To explore the construction of a diversified quality evaluation system and improvement path for higher vocational nursing education.Methods:The SERVQUAL model was applied to construct the quality evaluation scale of higher vocational nursing education.The main factors influencing the quality of higher vocational nursing education were analyzed.For the main influencing factors,the training path of"1.5-year college+1.5-year teaching hospital apprenticeship system"was proposed for educational reform.The assessment scores,employment situations,knowledge and skill levels,and satisfaction of graduates before and after the educational reform were evaluated through questionnaires and interviews.Results:After the implementation of teaching reform,graduates majoring in nursing in higher vocational colleges had significantly improved in terms of employment situation,skill level and satisfaction.Conclusions:The reform measures of higher vocational nursing education and teaching under the background of medical-educational collaboration had a significant effect on improving the quality of nursing education.It could provide a reference for exploring the improvement of the quality of higher vocational nursing education and the cultivation of applied nursing talents under the background of deepening the medical-educational collaboration.关键词
