医护患三者联动快速康复干预在腰椎内镜术后病人中的应用效果
Application effect of doctor-nurse-patient linkage enhanced recovery intervention in patients undergoing lumbar endoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of doctor-nurse-patient linkage enhanced recovery intervention on the rehabilitation of patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery.Methods:A total of 105 patients who received minimally invasive treatment for lumbar disc herniation in our hospital from January 2021 to October 2023 were randomly divided into routine nursing group(52 cases)and linkage nursing group(53 cases),and routine nursing and enhanced recovery intervention nursing were provided respectively.The self-recognition of disease knowledge,self-management behavior,Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA)score,Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)score and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after surgery.Results:Three months after operation,the scores of disease knowledge self-cognition,disease self-management behavior,JOA score and nursing satisfaction in linkage nursing group were higher than those in conventional nursing group.And the ODI score was lower than that in conventional nursing group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of doctor-nurse-patient linkage enhanced recovery intervention for patients after lumbar endoscopic surgery could increase patients'cognition level of the disease,improve self-management ability,promote postoperative lumbar function recovery,improve clinical symptoms,and improve patients'satisfaction toward nursing work.关键词
