Current situation of the construction of nursing micro-specialty under the background of new medical sciences
摘要
Abstract
This paper summarized the background,basis,current situation and significance of the construction of nursing micro-specialty in China.Based on the deficiencies in the construction of nursing micro-specialties in colleges and universities,it proposed that nursing micro-specialty should fulfill in-depth integration of disciplines and specialties and continuous innovation of mechanisms and systems,make micro-specialty a new direction for the innovation of nursing talent cultivation models and discipline construction.关键词
