三元联动模式延续性护理对脑卒中患者康复效果及生活质量的影响
The influence of continuous nursing of three-way linkage mode on rehabilitation effect and quality of life of stroke patients

Abstract
Objective:This study aims to explore the impact of continuous nursing based on the triple linkage model on the rehabilitation effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction of stroke patients during the recovery period.Methods:A prospective,cohort study was conducted,and 80 stroke patients admitted to our hospital's stroke center from July 2022 to February 2023 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,while the observation group implemented continuous nursing based on the triple linkage model on the basis of routine nursing.Results:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed significant advantages in hospitalization costs,incidence of≥grade 3 severe complications,rehabilitation effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction.The hospitalization costs of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),the incidence of≥grade 3 severe complications was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the rehabilitation effect scores at discharge and 1 week after discharge were both significantly higher than those of the control group(both P<0.01),the quality of life scores at discharge and 1 week after discharge were also significantly better than those of the control group(both P<0.01),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that of the control group(χ2=6.28,P=0.01).Conclusion:Continuous nursing based on the triple linkage model demonstrates significant advantages in improving patient rehabilitation effect,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,showing high clinical application value.关键词
