摘要

Abstract

To explore the performance of producing high calorific value combustible pellets from reed stalks,feasibility work was conducted to prepare Biomass pellet fuel using reed stalks biochar and reed stalks as raw materials.Their physical properties,thermal properties,and moisture resistance were also tested.The results show that when the mass content of biochar is 0~50%,the density of combustible pellets ranges from 1 188~1 304 kg/m3,the high heating value is 16.75~22.00 MJ/kg,the combustion rate is 3.70%/min~3.24%/min,the residual rate after combustion is 5.33%~7.05%,the calorific value per unit volume is 19 905.43~28 698.51 MJ/m3,and the moisture absorption rate is 17.44%~13.66%.When the mass content of biochar is 20%,the comprehensive performance of biomass pellet fuel is the best:the density is 1 281 kg/m3,the high heating value is 18.79 MJ/kg,the combustion rate is 3.50%/min,the residual rate after combustion is 5.97%,the calorific value per unit volume is 24 075.11 MJ/m3,and the moisture absorption rate is 14.96%.
