Abstract
Semi-rigid base is prone to cracks under load-temperature-humidity coupling effect,and gradually re-flects to the asphalt surface layer.In order to evaluate the treatment effect of base potting+glass fiber mesh+rubber modified emulsified asphalt stress absorbing layer on the reflection cracks of semi-rigid base,the cracking was sim-ulated by ABAQUS software.The variation laws of the stress intensity factor K and fracture coefficient C were ex-plored at the crack tip under different load positions and temperature humidity conditions,and the crack resistance effect of the treatment measures was evaluated.The results indicate that the treatment measures can effectively pre-vent the secondary crack propagation at the reflection crack of semi-rigid base layer;Under normal load,it is mainly an open type crack,while under partial load,it is mainly a composite type crack;Under load-wet heat cou-pling effect,the fracture coefficient is significantly lower than that under load-large temperature difference coupling effect,indicating that large temperature difference environments are more likely to cause semi-rigid base cracking than wet heat environments;Under the action of positive and partial loads,the bottom is more prone to cracking than the middle of the base where the sealant is filled.关键词
