双螺旋集热管双抛物面槽式空气集热器的热性能试验研究
Experimental study on thermal performance of double-parabolic trough air collector with double-spiral heat receiver

Abstract
To improve the thermal collection performance of the parabolic trough air collector,and reduce the thermal stress of the collector tube,a novel double-parabolic trough air collector with double-spiral heat receiver(referred to as spiral collector)was proposed,and a comparative test bench for the thermal performance of the spiral collector and a double-parabolic trough air collector with double-fin heat receiver(referred to as fin collector)was built.Then,the thermal performance of the spiral collector was analyzed in combination with the application scenario of solar greenhouse heat collector and compared with the fin collector.The experiment results showed that the optimal inlet air velocity of the spiral collector is 5.7 m/s under the condition that the inlet air temperature of the collector is 13~16℃,and its maximum heat collection efficiency was 78.3%.Under the optimal air velocity of the collector,the average heat collection efficiency of the spiral collector was 66.4%,and the average instantaneous heat collection and the average heat collection efficiency of the spiral collector were 8.9%and 5.6%higher than those of the fin collector,respectively.The spiral heat receiver can improve the temperature distribution around the tube wall,which effectively reduces the thermal stress of the collector tube.The maximum exergy efficiency of the spiral collector and fin collector were 1.58%and 1.51%,respectively.These findings can provide a technical reference for the design and application of double parabolic trough air collectors.关键词
