潮汕地区特色饮食模式与幽门螺杆菌感染风险的关联研究

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the status of Helicobacter pylori(Hp)infection in the Chaoshan area and its association with characteristic dietary habits,providing evidence for region-specific prevention and control strategies.Methods:A multicenter cross-sectional study was conducted from July 2023 to June 2024,involving 1,496 participants recruited from three medical institutions in the Chaoshan area.Hp infection was diagnosed using the 13C-urea breath test(UBT)following the"Expert Consensus on clinical application of Helicobacter pylori urea breath test(2020)".A standardized questionnaire incorporating Chaoshan-characteristic dietary indicators was administered.Relevant factors were screened using the χ2 test,and a multivariate logistic regression model was constructed to analyze associated factors.Results:The overall Hp infection rate was 27.9%(418/1,496),lower than the national average.Multivariate logistic regression analysis revealed that weekly consumption of handmade meatballs(4-5 times/week:OR=2.004,95%CI:1.196-3.357),pickled vegetables(4-5 times/week:OR=1.945,95%CI:1.076-3.515),and alcohol consumption(OR=2.170,95%CI:1.045-4.506)were significantly associated with Hp infection(all P<0.05).Conclusion:The Hp infection rate among participants from three medical institutions in the Chaoshan area is relatively low.Consumption of handmade meatballs,pickled vegetables,and alcohol may be associated with Hp infection.关键词
