基于SBM-Malmquist-Tobit模型的铁路运输企业碳排放效率测度及影响因素分析
Measurement of Carbon Emission Efficiency and Analysis of Influencing Factors in Railway Transportation Enterprise Based on SBM-Malmquist-Tobit Model

Abstract
Assessment of carbon emission efficiency and identification of influencing factors are prerequisites for enhancing the management effectiveness of railway transportation enterprises and promoting low-carbon development in the railway industry.This study measured the carbon emissions of 18 railway bureau group companies and constructed a carbon emission efficiency measurement method combining slack-based measurement data envelopment model with undesirable outputs and the Malmquist index model to reveal the changing trends of carbon emission efficiency across railway bureau group companies.The results show that from 2016 to 2021,the carbon emissions of the railway transportation enterprises present an increase from 57 808 600 tons to 62 788 500 tons,with an amplitude of 8.61%.Regional heterogeneity exists in the carbon emission efficiency of the railway bureau group companies,showing a spatial pattern with higher efficiency in eastern regions,followed by the central and western regions,and lower efficiency in northeastern regions.Technological innovation is the main driver of carbon emission efficiency improvement in railway transportation enterprises.Low-carbon transformation of railway transportation enterprises can be promoted by increasing investment in low-carbon technologies,facilitating their applications,and improving scale and efficiency.关键词
