组合梁斜拉桥桥面板湿接缝浇筑工序优化研究
Research on the Optimization of Wet-Joint Casting Process for Deck Slabs of Composite Beam Cable-Stayed Bridges

Abstract
The casting process of the wet-joint of the composite beam cable-stayed bridge panel affects the construc-tion period of the bridge segment,and also changes the stress of the construction and bridge formation stage,which may affect the safety and stability of the structure.Therefore,in order to analyze the rational casting procedure of the wet joint of the bridge panel,the project of Jinqi Grand Bridge in Guizhou Province is taken as an example.On the premise of ensuring the structural stress safety during the construction process and the bridge completion stage,two schemes are proposed,namely,the conventional casting scheme(Scheme 1)and the dual-stage circulating wet joint lagged casting scheme(Scheme 2);Then,Midas Civil 2021 finite element software is used to calculate and analyze the maximum stress of the main beam and the state stress of the finished bridge corresponding to the two construction schemes.The results show that Scheme 2 reduced the maximum compressive stress of the lower edge of the steel beam,which is beneficial to the stability of the structure in construction;During the construction period,the tensile stress of the upper edge of the steel beam increases to a certain extent,but it has enough safety margin;It can reduce the maximum tensile stress and reduce the cracking risk of the bridge panel.Because the time of wet joint casting process is effectively combined,the completion of each standard section of the bridge can save at least 4 days,and the whole bridge can save 48 days.Therefore,it has certain economic benefits under the premise of ensuring the safety of the structure.The research results can provide reference for similar bridge construction.关键词
