Abstract
Expressway is often designed by conventional methods,which have the disadvantage of lacking more comprehensive and refined comparisons,as well as considering the factors of water damage of expressway bridges in mountainous region,result in the continuous water damage accidents in China,some have even caused great losses.Therefore,a fined design method was proposed.Based on the Beijing Xingyan expressway project,a parameter comparison of prefabricated box girders were conducted,and the ultimate bearing capacity and normal service limit states of two reinforced prefabricated box girder systems were compared.The optimal structural system was obtained by cost comparison;In addition,bridge alignment,span and construction methods of the main beam were studied.The supports were set up for the three column cover beam to improve the stress performance of the lower structure.Reasonable suggestions were made for the selection of beam end supports for cast-in-place box girders;The trans-verse expansion of abutment slab of Beisha River No.2 Bridge in Xingyan Expressway solved the problem of insuffi-cient bridge width and save engineering costs;The Baiyangchenggou Bridge was protected by mountain masonry to make the slope more stable and improve the resilience indexes of the expressway,making it maintain good function-ality even after water damage.The usage status was compared with the similar projects of expressway during opera-tion.The results show that the refined design method has a certain demonstration effect in the design of expressway in mountainous region.关键词
