Dynamic Organization Optimization Method for Intelligent High Speed Railway Data Resource Catalogs Oriented Towards Axial Surface Collaboration

Abstract
The diversified,heterogeneous,and complex application scenarios of intelligent high speed railways put forward higher requirements for the comprehensiveness and timeliness of data perception,as well as the dynamic response capability of cross-disciplinary data analysis.This study systematically reviewed the classification dimensions in the field of intelligent high speed railway data management.Based on a meta-relationship model,it constructed an all-domain data classification framework for intelligent high speed railways,encompassing entities such as data elements,relational links,sets,and attributes.A dynamic catalog adjustment algorithm based on data element similarity and set similarity was proposed,enabling hierarchical adjustments,splits,and mergers of nodes within the classification system.This facilitated dynamic optimization and reconstruction of data catalogs referencing the classification framework.By integrating tree kernel functions,edit distance,and feature distance,a catalog similarity evaluation function was developed to objectively assess the rationality of data catalogs.The research findings provided theoretical support for establishing a real-time responsive and dynamically optimized data catalog service system for the intelligent high speed railway industry.关键词
