Abstract

As for the brittle characteristics of shear failure in reinforced concrete(RC)beams and the complexity of fiber reinforced polymer(FRP)mesh reinforced ECC composite fiber reinforced cementitious matrix(FRCM)rein-forcement,traditional methods for prediction shear resistance performance have limitations.Therefore,a prediction method has been proposed based on ensemble learning.Firstly,the shear contribution of FRCM alone was deeply analyzed,and the influence mechanisms of different failure modes was systematically considered,which effectively solving the disadvantages of existing research that only focuses on the total shear bearing capacity.In order to im-prove prediction accuracy,five ensemble learning algorithms were used,and the optimized model parameters were verified through Bayesian optimization and ten fold cross validation.The research results indicate that the extreme random forest model has the highest prediction accuracy and accurately simulate complex nonlinear shear responses under different failure modes.Based on SHapley Additive exPlanations(SHAP)technology,the analysis reveals the way and degree of influence of each feature on the prediction results.Finally,the improved density peaks clusting(DPC)method was used to evaluate six classical mechanical models.The superiority of the extreme random forest model was verified through comparative analysis.This model has significantly better prediction accuracy than tradi-tional mechanical models and can adapt to shear responses of different failure modes,demonstrating stronger gener-alization ability.This research result can provide a data-driven and efficient evaluation method for the shear perfor-mance of FRCM reinforced RC beams.
