Technical Scheme Design of Comprehensive Safety Control System for Station Shunting Operation
摘要
Abstract
Under the current situation where the safety management of shunting operations in the train operation system still mainly relies on human prevention,the operation processes and safety risks of positions such as shunting area chiefs,station duty officers,and shunting crews were analyzed,and based on the existing shunting equipment across the railway,a technical scheme for a comprehensive safety control system for station shunting operations was studied and designed.This system integrated existing shunting train protection(STP),shunting light display,train diagram management system(TDMS),the current train system,as well as the Beidou positioning information of shunting trains and operating personnel.This system could prevent high-level and easily-occurring operational risks such as interference and conflicts between shunting and train operations,violations of Article 301 of the technical regulations,shunting operations in non-centralized areas,personal safety of shunting personnel,and incorrect positions of shunting-related equipment.At the same time,it has management functions such as centralized control and statistical analysis,making up for the lack of means for analyzing the shunting operation process.The technical scheme has advantages such as mature interfaces,equipment reuse,investment savings,ease of promotion,and obvious effects.After application,it will effectively prevent the occurrence of shunting accidents and improve the digital,information-based,and intelligent levels of train operation management.关键词
