摘要
Abstract
Railway signaling devices are an important component in railway transportation,and their reliability has a direct impact on ensuring the safety and efficient and orderly operation of railway transportation.To ensure the manufacturing quality of railway signaling products,it is necessary to study the analysis method for the reliability of the product manufacturing process.On the basis of the analysis on the characteristics of the manufacturing process of railway signaling equipment,this paper studies the influencing factors of its reliability.On the basis of the case of actual failures of railway signaling products,it puts forward a reliability analysis and improvement method to find the direction of manufacturing process improvement by constructing the component fault tree based on failure physics and provides reference for improving the inherent reliability of railway signaling products.关键词
