摘要

Abstract

Based on the actual failure case of the switching board of power supply panels,multiple methods and tools are used to analyze the failure causes from multiple dimensions.Through fault localization and troubleshooting,the fault is located in the time relay.The specific reason is that the electrolytic capacitor C1 dried up,causing damage to the chip U1 and making it impossible to control the relay contacts to close.The internal and external factors that caused the drying up of electrolytic capacitor C1 are analyzed,achieving the thorough solution of the technical problem.This process effectively explores the core causes of switching board failures of power supply panels,which is of great significance for the stable operation of subway power supply systems.
