Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Budesonide and Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods A total of 133 children with CVA admitted to Shouguang People's Hospital from January 2022 to June 2024 were selected and divided into two groups according to the different treatment modalities.The control group(n=67)was treated with Budesonide combined with Montelukast Sodium,while the observation group(n=66)was treated with modified Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Budesonide and Montelukast Sodium.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors decreased in both groups,and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the lung function and immune function in both groups increased,and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of modified Shashen Maidong Decoction combined with Budesonide and Montelukast Sodium in the treatment of pediatric cough variant asthma is good,which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve lung function and immune function,and reduce the occurrence of complications.关键词
