Abstract
The rheological properties of ordinary emulsified asphalt slurry and SBS modified emulsified asphalt slurry at different filler-bitumen ratios were systematically analyzed through rheological tests at 60 ℃,Multiple Stress Creep and Recovery(MSCR)tests,Linear Amplitude Sweep(LAS)tests,and Bending Beam Rheometer(BBR)tests.The research results show that the complex shear modulus and rutting factor of the two emulsified asphalt emulsions significantly increase with the increase of the filler-bitumen ratio,indicating that their deformation resistance and high-temperature stability are enhanced.SBS modified emulsified asphalt slurry has a stronger correlation with changes of filler-bitumen ratio and has more advantage in elastic recovery performance and yield stress than ordi-nary emulsified asphalt slurry.In addition,the BBR test results showed that as the powder to binder ratio increased,the emulsified asphalt slurry system became increasingly hard and brittle,and its flexibility decreased.This was manifested by a decrease in the allowable deformation capacity and stress release speed,resulting in a decrease in the material's relaxation ability and low-temperature crack resistance.This study confirms that the performance of emulsified asphalt emulsion can be effectively optimized by adjusting the filler to bitumen ratio reasonably,provid-ing scientific basis for material selection and application in road engineering.关键词
