Abstract
Starting from the current application status of prefabricated concrete inspection chambers,the constraints in the current application are proposed,and the design,manufacturing process and construction installation tech-niques are primarily analyzed.Firstly,the design principles of the chambers are introduced,and the force systems,material selection,structural selection,and optimization paths are clarified.Optimization schemes for accelerating the industrialization process of the prefabricated concrete chambers are proposed from the perspectives of structure,materials,modular design,and economics.Secondly,the manufacturing processes of the prefabricated concrete in-spection chambers are analyzed.By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different molding techniques,the differences of the processes employed for various types of inspection chambers and their components are dis-cussed,offering a basis for selecting the most optimal manufacturing process.Subsequently,the installation con-struction techniques for the prefabricated concrete inspection chambers are discussed.During the construction pro-cess,key requirements and quality control measures are specified to ensure both the quality and efficiency of the construction.Finally,based on the current problems,the reference suggestions are provided for future research di-rections and technological developments in this field,which offers systematic theoretical base and technical support for further advancing the research and application of prefabricated concrete inspection chambers.关键词
