Design and Application of Overhead Rail-Mounted Robots in Railway Substation
摘要
Abstract
This paper presents the design of an indoor overhead rail-mounted robot for railway substations,aiming to address the increased quantity and complexity of railway electrification equipment,and the demand for intelligent,unmanned inspection modes.The robot system integrates automation,sensors,computing,and network communication,enabling autonomous operation,multi-sensor monitoring,intelligent image recognition,intelligent obstacle avoidance,intelligent analysis,as well as flexible movement and stable reliability.By introducing the overhead rail-mounted robot for intelligent inspections,this research effectively reduces the risks and labor intensity associated with manual inspections.Moreover,it facilitates timely monitoring and preventive maintenance of indoor electrical equipment in railway substations,thereby enhancing operational efficiency,and safety,and reducing labor cost.关键词
