流产后关爱服务在人工流产术后患者中的应用
Application of post-abortion care service in patients after induced abortion
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of post-abortion care service in patients after artificial abortion.Methods A total of 100 patients who underwent artificial abortion in the Department of Gynecology,Lanzhou Maternal and Child Health Hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were included.They were divided into the conventional group(50 cases)and the care service group(50 cases)according to the random number table method.The conventional group received routine postoperative service,while the care service group received post-abortion care service on the basis of the conventional group.The psychological states,awareness rates of contraceptive knowledge,incidence of unwanted pregnancy again,and satisfaction with the services were compared between the two groups.Results After 2 months of intervention,the scores of the Hamilton depression scale and the self-rating anxiety scale in the care service group were both lower than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).The awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge in the care service group was 100.00%,which was higher than 88.00%in the conventional group(P<0.05).The incidence of unwanted pregnancy again in the care service group(2.00%)was lower than that in the conventional group(18.00%)(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the care service group was 96.00%,and that of the conventional group was 80.00%.The total satisfaction rate of the care service group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion Post-abortion care service can help patients with induced abortion relieve psychological stress,increase the awareness rate of contraceptive knowledge,reduce the incidence of unwanted pregnancy again,and improve satisfaction.关键词
