Abstract
This paper makes an in-depth discussion on the investment and financing mode of the"Integration of Five Networks"experimental road,and proposes three possible schemes,namely the direct government invest-ment mode,the PPP(Public-Private Partnership)mode,and the government investment+PPP mode.More-over,it conducted a detailed analysis of the financial calculation,advantages and disadvantages of these three modes.Under the conditions of leveraging social capital,establishing a user charge system,and reduced the full-cycle financial pressure,it was recommended to adopt the government investment+PPP mode.关键词
