Abstract
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)after cesarean section. Methods From January 2022 to December 2023,the clinical data of 78 pregnant women who underwent cesarean section in Yishui County Mazhan People's Hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the occurrence of postoperative lower extremity DVT,the patients were divided into the occurrence group and the non-occurrence group. The clinical data of age, body mass index, history of diabetes, history of hypertension, education level,American Society of Anesthesiologists classification, postpartum bed time, blood viscosity, intraoperative blood loss, and D-dimer were collected. The logistic regression was used to analyze the influencing factors of lower extremity DVT after cesarean section. Results Among the 78 pregnant women,19(24.36%)had lower extremity DVT after operation.Univariate analysis showed that there were differences in age, postpartum bed time, blood viscosity, intraoperative blood loss, and D-dimer between the two groups(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that age, postpartum bed time, blood viscosity, intraoperative blood loss, and D-dimer were the high risk factors for lower extremity DVT after cesarean section(P<0.05).Conclusion Age,postpartum bed time, blood viscosity, intraoperative blood loss and D-dimer are the risk factors of lower extremity DVT after cesarean section, and effective preventive measures should be taken accordingly.关键词
