Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of Ambroxol intravenous drip combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in children with bronchopneumonia.Methods A total of 200 children with bronchopneumonia who received treatment in Women&Children's Health Care Hospital of Linyi from March 2023 to February 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 100 cases in each group.The control group received the treatment of Ambroxol intravenous drip,and the observation group received the treatment of Budesonide aerosol inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,blood routine indicators,and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cough,shortness of breath,fever,and lung rales in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).After treatment,the white blood cell count,lymphocyte absolute value,and the proportion of neutrophils in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Ambroxol intravenous drip combined with Budesonide aerosol inhalation in pediatric bronchopneumonia is significant,which can effectively control inflammation and accelerate the improvement of related symptoms.关键词
