摘要

Abstract

In response to the problem of erosion and wear caused by gas-solid two-phase flow in domestic waste pneu-matic conveying pipelines,based on turbulence and erosion theory,and considering the turning radius,turn-ing angle,and garbage particle size of the bend,COMSOL software was used to study the garbage movement characteristics and erosion behavior inside the bend under pneumatic conveying conditions.The results showed that garbage particles first gather together in the bend of the pipeline,and after collision,they move along the reflection direction and diffuse in an X shape towards both sides.The erosion area was mainly locat-ed on the outer side of the inner wall of the bend,and the area with the highest erosion rate was distributed in a"herringbone"shape;When designing pipeline structures,it is advisable to choose bends with small turning radii and large turning angles,and limit the entry of garbage to control the particle size of garbage.
