Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of multimodal hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency in patients with infertility.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 88 patients with infertility admitted to Lianyungang Municipal Oriental Hospital from May 2021 to April 2024.All the patients received multimodal hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography and hysteroscopic fallopian tube puncture fluid examination.The detection rate of salpingemphraxis,diagnostic efficiency,and imaging characteristics of multimodal hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography were analyzed using the results of hysteroscopic fallopian tube puncture fluid examination as the gold standard.Results The sensitivity,specificity,positive predictive value,negative predictive value and accuracy of multimodal hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the diagnosis of salpingemphraxis were 95.95%,95.10%,93.42%,97.00%,and 95.45%,respectively.In multimodal four-dimensional hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography,63 patients presented with pelvic diffuse imaging,including poor umbrella end overflow(49.21%),poor annular diffusion around the ovary(46.03%),and uneven pelvic diffusion(38.10%).Conclusion The application of multimodal hysterosalpingo-contrast sonography in the evaluation of fallopian tube patency can accurately evaluate the patency of fallopian tube and provide clinical basis for follow-up treatment.关键词
