Abstract
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of 1.5T magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)plain scan+diffusion weighted imaging(DWI)in preoperative staging of cervical cancer(CC).Methods The clinical data of 104 patients with CC admitted to Anhui Women and Children's Medical Center from April 2021 to April 2024 were retrospectively selected as the observation group,and the clinical data of 50 examiners who underwent routine examination at Anhui Women and Children's Medical Center during the same period were selected as the control group.Both groups underwent 1.5T MRI plain scan+DWI examination,and the apparent diffusion coefficient(ADC)values of the two groups were compared.The postoperative pathological examination results were used as the gold standard to analyze the diagnostic value of 1.5T MRI plain scan+DWI in preoperative staging of CC.Results The ADC value of the observation group was(1.05±0.10)×10-3 mm2/s,which was lower than(1.35±0.15)×10-3 mm2/s of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the diagnosis of different pathological stages of CC,the consistency between preoperative 1.5T MRI plain scan+DWI and postoperative pathological examination results was still acceptable(Kappa=0.587,P<0.05).The ADC values of squamous cell carcinoma and adenocarcinoma decreased with the severity of pathological staging.There was a statistically significant difference in ADC value among different pathological stages of squamous cell carcinoma(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in ADC value among different pathological stages of adenocarcinoma(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of 1.5T MRI plain scan+DWI in preoperative staging diagnosis of CC has high value,high staging accuracy,and facilitates the formulation of more accurate treatment plans.关键词
