临汾市建筑垃圾资源化利用现状与工程实践

Abstract
This paper focuses on Linfen City,analyzed the current status and bottlenecks of construction waste resource utilization.By integrating engineering practices such as recycled aggregate substitution and permeable brick production,a three-tier evaluation framework("objective-criteria-indicator")was established,and the en-tropy weight-TOPSIS method was applied to quantify environmental benefits,economic performance,techno-logical feasibility,and social acceptance.The results showed that the comprehensive evaluation value of re-source utilization rate in Linfen City in 2023 was 0.632(moderate level),with the main shortcomings being technical feasibility(30%replacement rate of recycled aggregates)and social acceptance(35%resident par-ticipation rate).Based on domestic and international advanced practices,optimization strategies such as en-hancing sorting technology innovation,improving market policies for recycled materials,and increasing pub-lic engagement were proposed.关键词
