Abstract
Objective To explore application effect of comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing intervention in orphaned and disabled children with acute upper respiratory tract infection.Methods Using a random number table method,80 orphaned and disabled children with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to Jinan Children's Welfare Center from January 2022 to January 2024 were divided into a control group(40 cases)and an observation group(40 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing intervention on the basis of control group.The time of symptom disappearance,compliance of medical advice,comfort level,and adverse conditions were compared between the two groups.Results The observation group had shorter cough,fever,sputum disappearance time and hospital stay time compared with the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The Kolcaba general comfort questionnaire score after intervention of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse conditions in the observation group(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(27.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfort nursing combined with personalized nursing intervention can promote the relief of clinical symptoms in orphaned and disabled children with acute upper respiratory tract infection,improve their compliance with medical advice and comfort,and reduce adverse conditions.关键词
