Statistical Measurement,Regional Differences and Evolution Characteristics of the Development Level of New Quality Productivity

Abstract
Based on the connotation of new quality productivity,this paper constructs an evaluation index system for new quality productivity development level from the two dimensions of"new"and"quality",uses the entropy weight method to mea-sure the development level of new quality productivity in 30 provinces of China from 2012 to 2022,and employs methods such as the Dagum Gini coefficient and its decomposition,kernel density estimation,Markov chain,and exploratory spatial data analysis to comprehensively examine the regional differences and dynamic spatiotemporal evolution characteristics of the development level of new quality productivity.The findings are shown as follows:The overall development level of new quality productivity in China is steadily improving,but there are significant differences in the development level of new quality productivity in different regions,with prominent gradient characteristics.The sources of differences in the development level of new quality productivity vary with different population densities,innovation development efficiency,digital economy development levels,and green development lev-els.The development level of new quality productivity has significant spatial autocorrelation and spatial agglomeration effect,and through continuous spatiotemporal transitions and evolution,its spatial multi-polar differentiation phenomenon has been gradually alleviated.关键词
