Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of refined nursing intervention on the symptom improvement and sleep quality of children with diarrhea.Methods Using a random number table method,68 children with diarrhea admitted to Jinan Gangcheng District People's Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were divided into a control group(34 cases)and an observation group(34 cases).The control group received routine nursing intervention,while the observation group received refined nursing intervention.The improvement time of symptoms,hospitalization time,nighttime and daytime sleep time,sleep quality(Pittsburgh sleep quality index[PSQI]),treatment compliance,and family member satisfaction of nursing were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter improvement time of symptoms and hospitalization time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had longer nighttime and daytime sleep time(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had lower PSQI and treatment compliance score after intervention(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the observation group had higher family member satisfaction score of nursing(P<0.05).Conclusion Refined nursing intervention is helpful to relieve the symptoms of children with diarrhea,shorten the hospitalization time,improve sleep quality and treatment compliance,and increase the family member satisfaction of nursing,which is worthy of promotion.关键词
