Abstract

In the article,a non-contact and unrestrained sleep physiological signal monitoring system was designed.Firstly,a thin-film piezoelectric sensor placed in the mattress was used to collect the original pressure signal from the chest area of the human body during sleep,and the signal was pre-processed by amplification and filtering,and then the separation and reconstruction of the featured signal components were carried out according to the difference in the frequency band range of respiratory signal and cardiac shock signal through wavelet decomposition,and then the heart shock and respiratory signals were obtained,and the heart rate and respiratory frequency were calculated by the Fourier transform method.The experimental results proved that the average accuracy of the monitoring system for heart rate and respiration rate could reach 97.3%and 95.37%respectively,which verified the practicality of the sleep monitoring system.
