Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of father-participatory nursing combined with newborn breast crawling exercise on exclusive breastfeeding of primiparas after delivery.Methods Sixty primiparas who gave birth at Liaocheng Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital from February 2022 to February 2024 were divided into two groups using a random number table method.The control group(n=30)received routine nursing,while the observation group(n=30)received father-participatory nursing combined with newborn breast crawling exercise.The breastfeeding conditions,psychological states,self-efficacy and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The success rate of first-time breastfeeding in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the initiation time of lactation was shorter than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of Edinburgh postnatal depression scale in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the score of breastfeeding self-efficacy scale in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of father-participatory nursing combined with newborn breast crawling exercise in primiparas has a remarkable effect,which can increase the success rate of first-time breastfeeding and self-efficacy,regulate the psychological states,and primiparas have a high level of nursing satisfaction.关键词
