Abstract
Objective To study the effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing for parturients of cesarean section.Methods Seventy parturients who underwent cesarean section in Foshan Fosun Chancheng Hospital from June 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research subjects and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(35 cases)received routine care,while the observation group(35 cases)received rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing.The postpartum recovery,postoperative pain degree and the occurrence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The time of anal exhaust,the time of getting out of bed for activities,the postpartum lactation time,the incision healing time and the hospital stay in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The pain scores at 6,12 and 24 hours after operation in the observation group were significantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group(2.86%[1/35])was lower than that in the control group(17.14%[6/35])(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of rapid rehabilitation nursing combined with traditional Chinese medicine nursing in parturients of cesarean section can shorten the postoperative recovery time,reduce the degree of postoperative pain,and parturients have fewer postoperative complications.关键词
