Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in hysteroscopy of patients with unexplained recurrent abortion.Methods From March 2022 to March 2024,90 patients with unexplained recurrent abortion who underwent hysteroscopy in Linshu County Maternal and Child Health Hospital were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group(n=45)received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group(n=45)received comprehensive nursing intervention.The changes of negative emotions and stress response were compared between the two groups before and after intervention.Results The improvement of negative emotions in the observation group was better than that in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The levels of stress response related indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group after intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention has a good application effect in hysteroscopy of patients with unexplained recurrent abortion,which can improve negative emotions and stress response.关键词
