Abstract
Objective To observe the application effect of seamless operating room nursing in the perioperative period of pediatric bilateral tonsillar plasma ablation.Methods A total of 68 children treated with bilateral tonsillar plasma ablation in Shouguang People's Hospital from October 2023 to December 2024 were selected as the observation subjects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine operating room nursing,while the observation group received seamless operating room nursing.The vital sign indicators,psychological status score,quality of life score,compliance,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results During and after surgery,the average arterial pressure and heart rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the psychological state scores of both groups decreased compared to before nursing,and the observation group had lower score compared to the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life scores in both groups improved,and compared with the control group,the observation group had a higher score(P<0.05).The total compliance rate and nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of seamless operating room nursing in the perioperative period of pediatric bilateral tonsillar plasma ablation is good,which can make the vital signs of children more stable,reduce negative psychological emotions,improve compliance,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction,and has clinical value.关键词
