摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of refined nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy.Methods A total of 100 patients with uterine fibroids who underwent laparoscopic myomectomy in Yuncheng County People's Hospital from January 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the study group received refined nursing on the basis of the control group.The nursing effect of the two groups was compared.Results After nursing,the negative emotion score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the perceptual stress score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total complication rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of refined nursing in patients with laparoscopic myomectomy can effectively improve their psychological state and reduce perceptual stress and the occurrence of complications.关键词
