Abstract
Objective To analyze the application effect of acupoint massage combined with manual massage in postpartum breast feeding.Methods A total of 90 parturients admitted to the Postpartum Rest Center of Zibo Maternal and Child Health Hospital from October 2023 to October 2024 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to different nursing methods,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine breastfeeding nursing,and the observation group received acupoint massage combined with manual massage.The breastfeeding success rate,breastfeeding skills,breastfeeding self-efficacy,and psychological status were compared between two groups.Results The breastfeeding success rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the breastfeeding skills and breastfeeding self-efficacy scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the positive emotion score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the negative emotion score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with manual massage can improve the breastfeeding success rate,breastfeeding self-efficacy,breastfeeding skills,and psychological state of parturients.关键词
