中国创新韧性的区域差异与形成机理
Regional Differences and Formation Mechanism of Innovation Resilience in China
摘要
Abstract
Improving the resilience of innovation system is an urgent requirement to deal with all kinds of external shocks,to do a good job in the battle of"guarding against major risks",and to achieve high quality development.This paper defines the con-notation of innovation resilience(IR),and constructs the internal mechanism model of innovation resilience from five dimensions:innovation foundation,innovation structure,innovation technology,innovation organization,and innovation system,and also con-structs the evaluation index system of innovation resilience.Firstly,the innovation resilience comprehensive index and its sub-di-mension index of 30 provinces in China from 2011 to 2023 are calculated by entropy TOPSIS method,then the spatial differences and sources of IR are described in detail by Dagum Gini coefficient method,and finally the formation mechanism of regional dif-ferences in IR is explored by QAP method.关键词
