摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the application effect of humanistic care nursing in gynecological pelvic magnetic resonance examination.Methods A total of 80 patients who received gynecological pelvic magnetic resonance examination in Rizhao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from April 2023 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received standardized nursing of magnetic resonance examination,while the observation group received humanistic care nursing on the basis of the control group.The inspection comfort,inspection satisfaction,inspection cooperation,one-time success rate of the inspection,qualified rate of images,and complete time of the inspection were compared between the two groups.Results The scores of inspection comfort and inspection satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The inspection cooperation of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The one-time success rate of the inspection and the qualified rate of images in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The complete time of the inspection in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of humanistic care nursing in gynecological pelvic magnetic resonance imaging can effectively improve the comfort,satisfaction,and cooperation of patients,enhance examination efficiency,and shorten examination time.关键词
