摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze the effect of the combined application of mind mapping and family-like nursing in the nursing of children with varicella.Methods From January to December 2023,100 children with varicella admitted to Guiyang Public Health Treatment Center were included as the research sample.They were divided into the control group(50 cases,receiving routine nursing)and the observation group(50 cases,receiving mind mapping combined with family-like nursing on the basis of routine nursing)according to the random number table method.The differences between the two groups in terms of treatment compliance,improvement time of symptoms,quality of life,and the satisfaction of families with the nursing service were compared and analyzed.Results The compliance of children in the observation group after intervention was higher than that in the control group,the improvement time of symptoms was shorter than that in the control group,and the quality of life and the satisfaction of the families in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing mode of integrating mind mapping into family-like nursing can enhance the compliance of children with varicella,shorten the improvement time of symptoms,improve the quality of life,and increase the satisfaction of their families,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.关键词
