中国城市群劳动力集聚特征及空间影响因素研究
Research on the Characteristics of Labor Force Agglomeration and Spatial Influencing Factors in Chinese Urban Agglomerations
摘要
Abstract
From the perspective of the spatial agglomeration of the labor force in China,and based on the spatial panel data of 297 prefecture-level and above cities in China from 2005 to 2022,this paper uses the fixed-coefficient spatial dynamic Durbin model to study the labor force agglomeration characteristics and spatial influencing factors of the three national-level urban ag-glomerations,namely the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration,and the Pearl River Delta urban agglomeration.The results go as below:China's urban agglomerations have formed a multi-polar development pattern,and the cumulative effect of labor agglomeration is obvious,with labor force"reservoir"effect.There is significant spill-over effect of labor agglomeration in Chinese urban agglomerations,with labor force tending to cluster in economically developed areas.Urban development will enhance the attractiveness of labor force,but the negative effect of living costs is evident.The de-velopment characteristics of urban agglomeration industries will have different impacts on labor agglomeration.Heavy industry or traditional manufacturing industries will have a positive impact on labor agglomeration,while high-end manufacturing industries with higher levels of automation will reduce the demand for traditional labor.关键词
