Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of applying Roy's adaptation mode nursing in the nursing of patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery.Methods A total of 68 patients who underwent uterine fibroid surgery in Dongying New Mileage Elderly Hospital from November 2023 to November 2024 were selected for the study.The patients were divided into two groups by drawing lots,with 34 patients in each group.The reference group received routine nursing,while the experimental group received a combination of Roy's adaptation mode nursing.The psychological resilience,disease self-perceived burden,and nursing satisfaction were analyzed between the two groups.Results After intervention,the psychological resilience score and total nursing satisfaction of the experimental group were higher than those of the reference group,and the disease self-perceived burden score of the experimental group was lower than that of the reference group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Roy's adaptation mode nursing in patients undergoing uterine fibroid surgery can effectively reduce their disease self-perceived burden and significantly promote their psychological resilience and satisfaction.关键词
