Construction of a discharge readiness service program for cervical cancer patients based on the theory of dyadic illness management
摘要
Abstract
Objective To construct a discharge readiness service program for cervical cancer patients.Methods The research team conducted a literature review guided by the theory of dyadic illness management,followed by literature screening,evaluation,and synthesis to formulate a preliminary discharge readiness service protocol.An expert panel meeting was organized to scientifically validate the protocol and finalize the final draft of the program.Results The finalized protocol integrated three thematic domains(dyadic assessment,dyadic management behaviors,and dyadic health)and seven intervention strategies(symptom evaluation,assessment of care goals and preferences,decision-making,emotional communication,physical function management,general health behavior,and health outcomes).The expert panel questionnaire achieved a 100%valid response rate,with an expert authority coefficient of 0.92.Conclusion The constructed discharge readiness service protocol for cervical cancer patients demonstrates necessity,reliability,and feasibility,providing an evidence-based framework for clinical implementation.关键词
