贵阳地区孕妇的三孩生育意愿及影响因素分析
Analysis of pregnant women's fertility intentions to have three children and its influencing factors in Guiyang area

Abstract
Objective To explore the fertility intentions of pregnant women in Guiyang area to have three children and the influencing factors,and to provide reference basis for optimizing the implementation of the fertility policy.Methods From January to April 2024,using questionnaire star,a survey was conducted on pregnant women who had regular prenatal check-ups in Guiyang Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital.A total of 1059 valid questionnaires were counted to analyze personal basic information,fertility intentions to have three children,and influencing factors.Results There were 110 pregnant women(10.39%)who wanted to have three children.The results of univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the fertility intentions to have three children among pregnant women with different ages,places of residence,education,occupation,total annual family income,fertility status and ideal number of children(P<0.05).The logistic regression analysis showed that the age of 31-35 years old and the place of residence in the city were the positive factors affecting fertility intentions of pregnant women to have three children,and the ideal number of children was one or two was negative factors(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women in Guiyang area are depressed in their intentions to have three children.Therefore,the understanding and support of the fertility policy should be strengthened among young people,rural residents and non-childbearing people.Relevant departments should introduce more supporting protection and incentive policies to reduce the pressure of family education and parenting,so as to better promote the implementation of the three-child policy and increase the fertility rate.关键词
