摘要

Abstract

With the rapid development of the power industry,the operational reliability of power transmission and transformation equipment is facing a severe test.The neutral salt spray test was used to study the environmental adaptability and protective performance evolution of a water-based anti-corrosion coating system.The system was composed of water-based zinc-rich primer,water-based epoxy intermediate coating with cloud iron,and water-based polyurethane topcoat.The results showed that during the test period,the mechanical properties of the coating system had a small loss.After 1 000 h of the test,its pull-off adhesion and coating impedance were still 7.2 MPa and 108 Ω·cm2,with no bubbling or cracking on the surface,which remained smooth.Overall,the water-based coating system demonstrated good compatibility and environmental adaptability,providing effective protection for metal components of power transmission and transformation equipment.
